The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing tonight to consider site permits for Ritz Pointe, a 65-unit single-family home development near Corniche Drive and Niguel Road. In other business, the commission will select officers to serve as chairman and vice chairman through March 2000. The commission meets in City Council chambers, 33282 Golden Lantern, Suite 210.
