Ford Must Have Some Insomnia
Coach Chris Ford is not a masochist. But he can’t help but think more about the Clippers’ multiple losses than their few wins.
In their 34 defeats before Monday’s loss to Sacramento, the Clippers lost 15 times by 10 or fewer points. Eleven were were by six or fewer.
“When you lose close games . . . you really start to nit-pick every little thing that happened or didn’t happen,” Ford said. “Those are tough. They are the ones that give you sleepless nights.”
