A reorganized Planning Commission will review building permits tonight for the Ritz Point luxury home development. The commission will select new officers to serve as chairman and vice chairman through March 2000 before holding a public hearing for the 65-unit single-family home development planned next to the Monarch Beach golf course. The commission meets at 7 p.m. in City Council chambers, 33282 Golden Lantern, Suite 210. Information: (949) 248-9890.
