Cal Lutheran Student Found Dead in Dorm
A 20-year-old Cal Lutheran University student was found dead Saturday morning, medical examiners said.
Police are puzzled by the death of Kyle Hagmann, who was found on the couch in his dormitory room about 8:30 a.m. by one of his roommates. Officials said they do not believe it was a suicide and do not suspect foul play.
An autopsy will be performed today.
Hagmann, who was from Big Bear Lake, was a junior majoring in sports medicine.
Counselors will be available to talk to students this week, CLU spokeswoman Lynda Fulford said. A memorial service will be set for the near future, she said.
