* The Greater Oxnard Chamber of Commerce will hold a Dateline Breakfast from 7:15 to 9 a.m. Thursday at Residence Inn by Marriott in Oxnard. * A food safety training seminar will be offered in Spanish, presented by the Ventura County Environmental Health Division, from 8:30 to 11 a.m. or 2 to 5 p.m. Monday at the Multipurpose Room in the Hall of Administration at the Ventura County Government Center, 800 S.
