LAKE FOREST
City officials are hoping for a big turnout Thursday at a town hall meeting on the annexation of Foothill Ranch and Portola Hills. The city has spent $1,200 to promote the event, hosted by the Sphere of Influence Community Task Force. Mayor Peter Herzog said the city has encouraged residents of the communities to attend the meeting, which will be at 7 p.m. at Foothill Ranch Elementary School, 1 Torino Drive.
