FOUNTAIN VALLEY
The City Council unanimously adopted a $111,136 animal control and animal shelter agreement with the county to provide services through June 30. The city is charged according to the services supplied. Contracting with the county for services saves the city from having to hire its own employees and pay for its own equipment, according to a city report.
