A Mall Crawl for Online Travel
One of the latest entries in the online travel business is https://LuxuryVacationmall.com, a Mission Viejo-based site with more than 1,000 Web pages of cruises, tours and resorts.
Kathy Hayes, president of the site’s parent, Luxury Cruise Specialists Inc., said information is available on 147 cruise lines, 380 ships, 400 package tour operators and 6,000 resorts worldwide. The company has links to 50 travel agents in the U.S. who’ll respond to questions via e-mail or telephone.
It’s also easy to navigate: The trade group Cruise Lines International Assn. rated Luxury Vacation Mall in the top three “user-friendly” travel sites.
