LAGUNA NIGUEL
Residents will receive information countering the proposed El Toro airport in a newsletter that will be mailed Thursday.
City officials worked with Waters & Faubel, the public relations firm working for the anti-airport El Toro Reuse Planning Authority, to put together the four-page packet.
“Since there have been so many changes with the airport, we as a council felt the need to update the city in a comprehensive manner,” said Councilwoman Cathryn DeYoung.
