The city will hold a public hearing on the revised environmental study of the Bixby project on Aug. 23 at City Hall. At the meeting, the council will decide whether to approve new ordinances for the project.
An Orange County Superior Court judge last month ordered the city to revise the project’s Environmental Impact Report. Specifically, Judge William F. McDonald wanted an evaluation of the project’s impact on local schools, and a correction of a table in the report.
