Davidson, DesCombes Rise at Driver

Ted Davidson has been named chairman and chief executive of Robert F. Driver Associates in Newport Beach, a public agency brokerage firm. Succeeding him as president is Gordon DesCombes, who had been first vice president.

John Boulter has joined ZLand.com in Aliso Viejo as a major account manager in the marketing and sales group. His territory includes portions of Orange and Los Angeles counties. Boulter was most recently with ROI Systems in Costa Mesa, where he was a district manager. Before that he was an account manager at GTE in Norwalk.

* Loretta Salemme is the new marketing director for Catellus Residential Group in Irvine. She joined the Akins Cos., now Catellus Residential Group, in 1989 as a marketing and sales assistant. Since then, Salemme has held several marketing positions, including merchandising manager and advertising manager. Thomas M. Brown has joined the company as sales director. He was previously with California Pacific Homes and was a sales representative with J.M. Peters Co.

Antoine Granatino is the new senior vice president of international operations with FileNet Corp. in Costa Mesa. He was formerly vice president of IBM Corp.’s mid-range systems sales.
