The City Council recently awarded a $56,800 contract for the replacement of the waterline curb and gutter at the pier. Anaheim-based Atlas-Allied Inc. will meet with the Public Works Department this week to set a date for completion of the project. The next council meeting will be 7 p.m. Sept. 13 at City Hall, 211 8th St.
