FOUNTAIN VALLEY
The Fountain Valley School District has recognized 36 teachers who completed certification for staff development. The certificates covered both academic instruction delivered in English and English-language development. Marcia Brechtel, one of two certified trainers in Orange County, volunteered to train the teachers.
