Traffic flow relating to the proposed Treasure Island development tops the list of issues to be discussed at tonight’s joint meeting of the Planning Commission and the Design Review Board. The public hearing is one in a series of joint meetings to expedite the process of planning and review for the 30-acre project. The two boards will also discuss the removal of a portion of concrete slab from the beach area and the resource management plan. The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at City Hall, 505 Forest Ave.
