PLACENTIA
The city is now accepting applications for a new program designed to help low-income homeowners improve the appearance of their property.
The Placentia Revitalization Program uses local professionals to help provide exterior painting and general cosmetic repairs to the homes, with the city absorbing all costs for labor and materials.
The city is also asking nonprofit groups to volunteer their labor.
