Deputies Seek Help Finding 3 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating three men sought for allegedly violating the terms of their probation. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Anthony Eric Michel, 20, has allegedly violated the terms of his probation on convictions for grand theft auto and possessing dangerous drugs.

Michel last lived with his family in the 30 block of South Garden Street in Ventura but he has apparently left and is staying with friends in either Ventura or Oxnard.

Michel is Latino, 6 feet 2, 150 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. A moon is tattooed on his right shoulder.

Matthew Lawrence Joeger, 21, has allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for possessing dangerous drugs. He last lived in the 2300 block of Peacock Avenue in Ventura.

Joeger is white, 5 feet 11, 180 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a mole on his right cheek.

Eliseo Ortiz Guardado, 43, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for selling dangerous drugs. He last lived in the 6300 block of Nightingale Street in Ventura.

Guardado is Latino, 5 feet 6, 145 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

Deputies said he may have been deported to Mexico by federal authorities.
