ACTION LOG

The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports over the weekend:

BREA

* East Imperial Highway: Indecent exposure was reported in the 2000 block at 4:21 p.m. Wednesday.

* North Basse Lane: A grand theft was reported in the 300 block at 11:07 a.m. Wednesday.

BUENA PARK

* Valley View Avenue: Police reported that a driver fell asleep at the wheel and crashed into a telephone pole at 5:07 a.m. Sunday but sustained no injuries.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Garfield Avenue: Items were stolen from the Ralphs grocery store in the 9000 block on Saturday.

FULLERTON

* West Commonwealth Avenue: A grand theft was reported in the 2200 block at 7:36 p.m. Tuesday.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Adams Avenue: A car was broken into in the parking lot of Mervyn’s in the 9800 block at 3 p.m. Friday. A handicapped placard was taken.

LAGUNA HILLS

* McIntyre Street: A man reported that his camera and wallet were stolen from his 1992 Lexus while he was working out at 24 Hour Fitness between 5 and 6 p.m. Tuesday.

PLACENTIA

* West Orangethorpe Avenue: A stolen vehicle was reported in the 100 block at 4:37 p.m. Wednesday.

SANTA ANA

* Bristol Street: Police reported that one person was shot in a gang-related shooting on Bristol Street at 3:30 a.m. Sunday.

YORBA LINDA

* Raintree Street: A grand theft was reported in the 5500 block at 10:52 a.m. Wednesday.

* Imperial Highway at Casa Loma Avenue: An injury accident was reported 4 p.m. Wednesday.

OTHER COMMUNITIES

ALISO VIEJO

* Via Arica: A 26-year-old woman was cited and released for disturbing the peace in the 27000 block at 10:40 p.m. Tuesday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports over the weekend: Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Dana Point, Garden Grove, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, La Habra, Lake Forest, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Mission Viejo, Newport Beach, Orange, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Seal Beach, Stanton, Tustin, Villa Park and Westminster.
