* Zimmer Jewish Discovery Children’s Museum at the Westside Jewish Community Center in Los Angeles needs docents once a month, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday mornings, to work with school groups in arts and crafts and in facilitating other activities in the museum. * Neighborhood Youth Assn. in Los Angeles needs volunteers with teaching experience to assist in tutoring and/or homework room supervision in an after-school program. Children 7 to 18 need help in all subjects. A minimum one-hour-per-week commitment for 10 weeks is required.
