TUSTIN
The City Council voted 4 to 1 this week to raise council members’ salaries to $675 a month beginning in November 2000. Council members now are paid $500 a month.
Councilman Jim Potts voted against the raise Monday night, saying he believes residents should decide whether council members get a raise.
