The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Wednesday:

BREA

* East Birch Street: A grand theft was reported in the 900 block at 7:21 a.m. Tuesday.

* Gateway Center Drive at West Imperial Highway: A fatal traffic accident was reported at 6:06 a.m. Tuesday.

* West Birch Street: A petty theft was reported in the 200 block at 11:12 p.m. Tuesday.

DANA POINT

* Cheltam Drive: Loud music was reported at 10:10 p.m. Sunday in the 33000 block. Deputies contacted the resident, who agreed to turn the music down.

* Pacific Coast Highway: A 23-year-old man was cited on suspicion of possession of marijuana at 12:40 a.m. Sunday in the 34000 block.

* Sea Terrace: Outdoor lighting and sprinklers were found broken at 11 a.m. Saturday in the 32000 block.

* Tasman Bay: Annoying phone calls were reported at 10:10 a.m. Sunday in the 23000 block.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* La Hacienda Avenue: Someone smashed the window of a vehicle and stole a stereo valued at $505 in the 10300 block; reported at 2:14 p.m. Friday.

FULLERTON

* West Porter Avenue: Police responded to a report of animal cruelty in the 2700 block at 2:14 a.m. Wednesday.

* Chapman Avenue at Euclid Street: A drunk driver was reported at 11:35 p.m. Tuesday.

* West Commonwealth Avenue: An auto theft was reported in the 1600 block at 2:04 p.m. Tuesday.

* North Harbor Boulevard: A petty theft was reported in the 1100 block at 1:37 p.m. Tuesday.

GARDEN GROVE

* Russell Street: A report of gunshots in the 10000 block at 10:30 p.m. Thursday. The reason for the shots is unknown, and the incident is under investigation.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Beach Boulevard: A cart full of groceries and liquor was stolen from the Ralph’s in the 19000 block; reported at 12:41 p.m. Saturday.

IRVINE

* Alton Parkway at Millikan Avenue: A motorist had a seizure and hit the curb at 5:11 p.m. Tuesday.

* Barranca Parkway: A 25-year-old person was arrested on suspicion of stealing 20 pallets from Target in the 3700 block at 8:43 p.m. Tuesday.

* Carnelian: Residents reported that their Christmas lights were cut in the first block at 9:33 a.m. Tuesday.

* Cobblestone: Two juveniles were arrested on suspicion of stealing a golf cart in the first block at 2:54 p.m. Tuesday.

* Leatherwood Way: A 50-year-old person allegedly assaulted a 6-year-old because the boy was playing ball, which annoyed the neighbor in the first block at 5:27 p.m. Tuesday.

* Walnut Avenue: The lock at Fire Station 26 was reported broken off and the station was ransacked in the 4600 block at 2:08 p.m. Tuesday.

* White Birch: At 7:54 a.m. Tuesday, someone in the first block reported having received flowers from an unknown person for four months.

LAGUNA BEACH

* Coast Highway: A Ford Thunderbird was impounded after police discovered that the owner was driving with a suspended license at 9:42 a.m. Tuesday near Jasmine Street.

* Coast Highway: Police called for an ambulance after a naked man was found rolling around on the sidewalk and yelling for help at 10:09 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block.

* Tahiti Avenue: A deer hit by a car was found in the street at 6:48 a.m. Tuesday near Park Avenue.

LAGUNA HILLS

* Silverleaf Lane: A power paint sprayer and a cordless grill were reported stolen from an unlocked garage in the 25000 block at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday.

LAGUNA NIGUEL

* Ana Maria Lane: A woman in the 29700 block reported that her coin purse and house key were taken from her car while it was parked at an auto repair business at 6:35 p.m. Dec. 2.

* Crown Valley Parkway: A backpack containing a portable compact disc player and compact discs was reported stolen from the bed of a pickup while it was parked in the 30100 block; reported at 10 a.m. Dec. 2.

* Street of the Golden Lantern: Someone stole a bottle of alcohol from a business in the 30200 block; reported at 7:40 p.m. Dec. 2.

LAGUNA WOODS

* Paseo del Lago: Antique earrings and a bracelet valued at $1,000 were reported stolen from a 76-year-old woman in the 5500 block at 9:20 p.m. Friday.

* Paseo de Valencia at El Toro Road: A 66-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of forgery, possession of forged items and commercial burglary at Washington Mutual on Dec. 2 at 11:55 a.m. Authorities said she also tried to pass bad checks at a bank at El Toro Road and Moulton Parkway.

LA HABRA

* South Harbor Boulevard: A burglary was reported in the 1200 block at 8:02 a.m. Wednesday.

* South Farrell: A grand theft was reported in the 2100 block at 8:31 a.m. Tuesday.

* Smith Court: A burglary was reported in the 1900 block at 8:19 a.m. Tuesday.

LAKE FOREST

* Larkwood Lane at Alanwood Street: Deputies stopped a vehicle for code violations at 1:40 a.m. Sunday. The passenger in the front seat voluntarily handed the deputies marijuana and a marijuana pipe.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Balboa Boulevard: A box of wine worth $150 was stolen from a store in the 1900 block at 1:10 a.m. Wednesday.

* Heliotrope Avenue: A pair of sunglasses and a cellular phone worth $480 were stolen from a car in the 300 block Saturday evening.

* Jamboree Road: A laptop computer worth $4,500 was stolen from a hotel in the 1100 block between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tuesday.

* Newport Boulevard: A watch worth $200 was stolen in the 300 block between 12:30 and 4 p.m. Tuesday.

PLACENTIA

* Avenida de Pio Pico: A prowler was reported in the 1000 block at 12:28 a.m. Tuesday.

* East Chapman Avenue: A burglary was reported in the 200 block at 6:03 p.m. Tuesday.

* Colgate Avenue: A grand theft was reported in the 500 block at 12:35 p.m. Tuesday.

* Primrose Avenue: A drunk driver was reported in the 400 block at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday.

SAN CLEMENTE

* Corte Merlango: A loud party was reported at 5:30 a.m. Saturday in the 2400 block. Deputies contacted the 20-year-old resident, who agreed to end the party.

* El Camino Real: A 34-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving at 2 p.m. Saturday in the 31000 block.

* Los Mares Street: Two boys, ages 13 and 14, were arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana at 9 p.m. Friday in the 600 block.

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO

* Andres Pico Road: Drinking in public was reported at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the 31000 block. Deputies responded to the call, but issued no citations.

* Camino Capistrano at San Juan Creek Road: A possible road-rage incident was reported after two drivers pulled off the road and engaged in an argument at 12:15 p.m. Saturday. The cars were gone before deputies arrived.

* Paseo Barona: Graffiti were found spray-painted on a vacant house at 11:45 a.m. Saturday in the 27000 block.

YORBA LINDA

* Fairmont at Yorba Linda boulevards: An injury traffic accident was reported at 3:33 p.m. Tuesday.

* Granada Drive: Obscene phone calls were reported in the 4700 block at 11:46 a.m. Tuesday.

* Old Canal Road: A stolen vehicle was reported in the 22000 block at 11:33 a.m. Tuesday.

* Yorba Linda Boulevard: An assault with a deadly weapon was reported in the 18000 block at 10:07 p.m. Tuesday.

OTHER COMMUNITIES

ALISO VIEJO

* Aliso Creek Road: A 40-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting more than $700 worth of merchandise from a store in the 26000 block at 1:40 p.m. Friday.

* La Paz Road: A 17-year-old reportedly ran into a store in the 26000 block and ran out with two 12-packs of beer at 8:50 p.m. Friday. He fled to an early-1990s Honda Accord.

FOOTHILL RANCH

* Rue du Parc: Someone reported seeing two people try to steal a 1999 Honda Civic in the 10 block at 3:10 a.m. Saturday. The witness said the people tampered with the parked car and then left in what looked like a 1989 Buick.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports Wednesday: Anaheim, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Mission Viejo, Orange, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, Stanton, Tustin, Villa Park and Westminster.
