Roster Doesn’t Include Hamm

The U.S. roster for tonight’s women’s soccer exhibition at the Arrowhead Pond will not include Mia Hamm, the leading career goal scorer in the sport’s history.

Only 12 players are activated for each stop on the team’s tour, from among the 19 members of the world champions who are eligible. Hamm and forward Cindy Parlow are the only two starters from the national team who are not scheduled to play tonight.
