The bone-crunching metal-hop of “Hypocritical” and “Crash” and the sly if self-serving wit of “Naked” prove that ex-Motley Crue drummer and tabloid bad boy Tommy Lee can deliver. He even holds his own rapping alongside guests Snoop Dogg and Lil’ Kim. But “Proposition F--- You,” implying that his domestic violence and substance abuse legal troubles are comparable to African Americans’ problems, is embarrassing.
