Sheriff’s Department Requests Public’s Help in Finding 4

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four people wanted for allegedly failing to appear in court or violating probation. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Ann Victoria Cass, 35, allegedly failed to appear for sentencing on a conviction of possessing a controlled substance. Her last known address was in the 100 block of Surfside Drive in Port Hueneme.

Cass is Latina, 5 feet 8, 141 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

James Helbun Cleaveland, 36, also allegedly failed to appear for sentencing on a conviction of possessing a controlled substance.

His last known address was in the 1200 block of Meta Street in Ventura, and he last worked at a Ventura bowling alley.

Cleaveland is white, 5 feet 11, 155 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. He has a cross tattoo on his left upper arm and a dragon on his left forearm.

Lori Lee Stephens, who also uses the last names Anderson and Pierce, allegedly violated her probation on a conviction of possessing a dangerous weapon.

Stephens, 37, was last known to have lived in the 300 block of Park Road in Ojai. She is white, 5 feet 8, 135 pounds and has blond hair and green eyes. She has an eagle tattoo on her right shoulder and an Indian on her left ankle.

Kimberly Michele Nuibe, who also uses the last names Meyers and Kobey, allegedly violated her probation on a conviction of possessing narcotics.

Nuibe, 33, last lived in the 1500 block of Hobart Drive in Camarillo and last worked at a gas station in Camarillo. She is white, 5 feet 4, 135 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone with information can anonymously call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 385-TALK or 494-TALK. Rewards are offered for information that leads to an arrest.
