The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports over the weekend:

COSTA MESA

* Anton Boulevard: A mountain bike worth $150 was stolen in the 600 block between 3 and 9 p.m. Nov. 29.

* Red Hill Avenue: A laptop computer worth $2,781 was stolen from a car in the 3100 block during the evening of Nov. 29.

* Dogwood Street: A bicycle worth $200 was stolen in the 900 block during the day of Nov. 28.

* Royal Palm Drive: Several items of clothing worth $1,000 were stolen from a car in the 3000 block during the evening of Nov. 28.

* Adams Avenue: A car cover worth $120 was stolen in the 1300 block during the evening of Nov. 27.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Newland Street at Ellis Avenue: A man was arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession and driving under the influence at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Adams Avenue: A man was arrested on suspicion of stealing from a Target store in the 9800 block at 5:43 p.m. Tuesday.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Lugonia Avenue: A check worth $36 was stolen from a mailbox in the 200 block sometime between Oct. 12 and Wednesday.

* Nice Lane: A cellular phone and several compact discs worth $480 were stolen from a car in the 200 block during Tuesday evening.

* 22nd Street: A briefcase and two jackets worth $520 were stolen from a car in the 100 block between 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Dec. 3.

PLACENTIA

* Huggins Avenue: A petty theft was reported at 5:59 a.m. Wednesday.

* Sherwood Village Circle: Suspicious circumstances were reported at 5:52 p.m. Wednesday.

* East Yorba Linda Boulevard: A petty theft was reported at 5:31 p.m. Wednesday.

YORBA LINDA

* Via Maria: Obscene phone calls were reported in the 5300 block at 9:25 a.m. Wednesday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports over the weekend: Anaheim, Brea, Buena Park, Cypress, Dana Point, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, La Habra, Lake Forest, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Mission Viejo, Orange, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, Stanton, Tustin, Villa Park and Westminster.
