DANA POINT
Although the city does not expect widespread service outages when the clock strikes midnight on New Year’s Eve, Dana Point will activate the city’s Emergency Operations Center as a precautionary measure.
City staff and emergency personnel will monitor public safety, public utility activity, and communicate with other government officials to ensure the transition to the next year goes smoothly.
