SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
The city is planning to sell a 1.5-acre parcel east of Alipaz Street, next to San Juan Creek, in January because of a surplus of city-owned property.
The vacant lot, which is worth $162,000, had been the planned site for facilities built by the Capistrano Valley Water District.
It has since been decided to build the facilities at another location, allowing for the sale of the property.
