The City Council will decide tonight whether to approve the library’s policy for Internet access to minors. The computers the library sets aside for children 15 or younger have software that filters most sexually explicit Web sites. It is not completely effective, however, and some objectionable material may be accessible. Patrons who are 16 and older use computers with unlimited access to the Internet. The council will meet at 7 p.m. in City Hall chambers, 2000 Main St.
