Last week, the Tustin Unified School District board unanimously approved the hiring of NTD Architects of Glendora to rebuild Red Hill Elementary School, which is to open next fall.
The existing school needs to be entirely rebuilt due to health and safety hazards related to dry rot, termite infestation and mold contamination.
