The city will begin the process of testing the water that flows from the area into the polluted Aliso Creek, City Manager Leslie Keane said. “We want to be proactive,” she said. “We must first take a look at what we have.” She said the city will conduct several tests with the help of the county, the El Toro Water District and the Aliso Creek Watershed Study Group.
