Six community nonprofit organizations will sell fireworks after Saturday throughout Stanton for the New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day celebrations. Residents can shoot off fireworks from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Dec. 30, bring in the New Year with fireworks until 12:30 a.m. Jan. 1 and again from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. on New Year’s Day.
