Graham Withdraws; Ocel Steps In

Citing health reasons, Colin Graham has withdrawn from directing Mozart’s “Le Nozze di Figaro” for Opera Pacific from Jan. 18-23 at the Orange County Performing Arts Center in Costa Mesa. Timothy Ocel, recommended by Graham, will take his place.
Ocel has directed Puccini’s “Tosca” and Bernstein’s “Candide” for Boston Lyric Opera and well as Donizetti’s “Lucia di Lammermoor” for Michigan Opera Theatre, among other productions for other companies. Information: (949) 474-4488.
