LAGUNA NIGUEL
The City Council tonight is expected to recommend spending $10,800 on soccer field lighting at Niguel Hills Middle School and Rancho Niguel Park. Other items on the agenda include spending $25,000 on emergency repair of a failing slope in Chapparosa Park. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. in City Hall, 27841 La Paz Road.
