Donald L. Busche has been named vice president for instruction at Saddleback College. A state accreditation committee has placed the college on “warning status” until June, when officials must show that there is administrative stability and freedom from micro-management by trustees. Busche, an instructor and administrator at the college for 21 years, had served as acting vice president since September.
