In recognition of National Heart Month, Saddleback Memorial Hospital is sponsoring a women’s cardiac health seminar Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Featured will be a cooking session with Executive Chef George Poston of Maggiano’s Little Italy in Costa Mesa.
