FOUNTAIN VALLEY
The City Council has preliminarily approved an amendment to ordinances relating to trespassing and conduct on streets. City Atty. Alan R. Burns said the amendment updates and clarifies several old laws to bring them in compliance with federal and state law. Proposed changes make it illegal for anyone to obstruct free passage in a public street or to sell merchandise in any major or secondary highway.
