FOUNTAIN VALLEY
The City Council has approved development agreements with Cameo Homes of Newport Beach for a 465-unit senior residential complex. The Silver Oaks development is planned next to the Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center, near Warner Avenue and Mt. Hope Street.
The agreement includes compensation to the city for the expected increase in the use of paramedic services.
