Sheriff Seeks Public’s Help in Finding 4 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four fugitives wanted for crimes ranging from receiving stolen property to violating probation. Warrants have been issued in each case.

Salvador Morales Sumaran, 21, was convicted of drug possession and being under the influence of drugs. He has violated the terms of his probation, authorities said.

Sumaran’s last known address was in the 1900 block of Sutter Place in Oxnard, but he is now believed to be homeless.

He is Latino, 6 feet 3, 185 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He has the name “Natalia” tattooed on his neck and Natalia on his left arm.

Tony Ryan Shadden, 23, has been convicted of burglary, theft, drug possession and has violated the terms of his probation, authorities said. He is also wanted on new charges of receiving stolen property.

Shadden’s last known residence was the 1900 block of Fisher Drive in Oxnard.

He is white, 5 feet 11, 145 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes.

Mark David Bleakley, 37, was arrested on suspicion of auto theft, battery, terrorist threats, spousal battery and false imprisonment. He was released from jail on a promise to appear in court, but he failed to appear.

Bleakley’s last known address was in the 200 block of Highland Drive in Oxnard. He has also lived in Oak Park, Silver Strand Beach and Westlake Village.

He is white, 6 feet 1, 220 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.

Marcus Cleve Waite, 26, has been convicted of burglary and witness intimidation and has violated his probation, authorities said. He has lived in Port Hueneme but is now believed to be in the Oxnard area.

Waite is white, 6 feet 1, 175 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes. Tattooed on his right calf is a skull with wings.
