* Wilshire Park Place, through managing partner David Lee, acquired a 250,000-square-foot office building at 3660 Wilshire Blvd. for $14 million from Runvee Hobart Ltd. Marc D. Renard and Brad Feld of Cushman & Wakefield represented both the buyer and the seller in the sale.

* M.F. Diessner Acquisition Cos. acquired the 393,000-square-foot Paramount Industrial Park at 7004-7120 Alondra Blvd. in Paramount from C.B. Richard Ellis Investors for TCW Fund IV for $17 million. Louis Tomaselli and Brian Malliet of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented both the buyer and the seller.

* Pac West Group Inc., a Temecula-based developer, acquired 715 acres of land in Riverside County for $11.8 million from Lennar Communities/Bramalea California of Mission Viejo and plans to develop a 1,700-unit planned residential community on the site, which is at Indian Truck Trail and Interstate 15 in Riverside County. David Lowry and Michelle Schierberl of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

* Advanced Aerodynamics & Structures Inc., a designer and manufacturer of executive aircraft, signed a letter of intent with LaserLine Lease Financial Corp. for the sale and lease-back of AASI’s 200,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in Long Beach for $11.25 million. AASI will lease the facility for 20 years, with an option to extend the lease for 10 years and an option to repurchase the building.

* Advanced Cleanup Technologies Inc., an environmental cleanup company, bought 7.32 acres of land and four vacant industrial buildings totaling 81,360 square feet at 18414 S. Santa Fe Ave. in Rancho Dominguez for $3.6 million from ICI Paint. Joe Ceske of Capital Commercial/NAI, who represented Advanced Cleanup, said the company will occupy the buildings for its headquarters, administrative offices and warehouse. ICI Paint was represented by Jeff Morgan of CB Richard Ellis and Bruce Wilson of CAC Group.
