FOUNTAIN VALLEY
The Fountain Valley Agency for Community Development, made up of City Council members, has voted to change the terms of a lease to Pacific Store Design. The land the store sits on at 18100 Euclid St. is owned by the city and is part of the Newhope Extension to connect Newhope Street to Euclid Street and the San Diego Freeway. Construction for the extension is expected to begin in 2001.
Pacific Store Design’s old lease allowed for a five-year extension option. The new lease will give the tenant, Christian T. Miller, an incentive for staying a shorter period of time, officials said.
