CEC Properties Inc.: The Newport Beach golf services company said net income for the first fiscal quarter ended Jan. 31 totaled $30,487, or less than one cent a share, contrasted with a net loss of $64,900, or less than one cent a share, for the period in 1998. Revenue more than doubled to $729,146 from $348,814.
