SAN CLEMENTE

The city’s Beaches, Parks and Recreation Department offers many classes this month and next, including a Hand ‘n’ Heart Valentine’s Card Workshop for ages 13 and up. The class starts at 1 p.m. Jan. 30 in the Community Center. The cost is $10 for the one-day workshop and $5 for materials.
