Chapman Women Defeat Westmont

Chapman used a big second-half run to pull away and defeat Westmont, 49-43, in a nonconference women’s basketball game Tuesday in Santa Barbara.

The Panthers (9-3) took a 17-point lead after a 20-6 run in the second half. Lisa Nielsen had 13 points and 12 rebounds to lead Chapman.
