JBL Professional Consolidates Operations

JBL Professional, which designs, manufactures and markets loudspeakers, has consolidated its custom manufacturing operation within its Northridge headquarters and added a new engineering development laboratory.

The move is intended to streamline the overall development and manufacturing process and lower costs, the company said in a written statement.

JBL serves the music and film industries as well as commercial sound contractors and consumers with a variety of transducer-based products.
