A free car seat inspection will be held at the Police Department, 1 Civic Center Drive, on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Parents should bring a vehicle owner’s manual, car seat instructions, the car seat and their child. Specialists will advise them how to use the seats and whether the seat has been recalled by the manufacturer. Many children are hurt each year because more than 85% of child safety seats are misused and improperly installed. Information: (714) 796-8295.
