Sheriff’s Department Lists 3 Men, Woman in Fugitive Search

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s help in finding four fugitives, including an estranged husband and wife with matching tattoos.

Raymond Araujo Lorona, 29, is wanted on probation violation. He was convicted on weapon charges, evasion of a peace officer, driving under the influence and spousal battery. His wife, 25-year-old Roxanne Olivares Lorona, was convicted on a narcotics charge in February 1998 but failed to appear in court for sentencing, authorities said.

Raymond Lorona has “Raymond & Roxanne” tattooed on his chest, and his wife has a similar tattoo on her left shoulder, authorities said.

Raymond Lorona is described as Latino, 5 feet 7, 175 pounds with brown eyes and hair. His last known address was in the 2100 block of Ventura Road in Oxnard. He last worked for Jones Intercable.

Authorities describe Roxanne Lorona as Latina, 5 feet 9, 140 pounds with brown eyes and hair. Her last reported residence was on the 2500 block of Tiller Avenue in Port Hueneme.

Deputies are also looking for Todd Allen Dyer, 32, who was convicted of being under the influence of a controlled substance but failed to appear for sentencing, authorities said. Dyer is described as white, 5 feet 10, 180 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair. He has a tattoo of black roses on his right arm.

Dyer last lived on the 4800 block of Terrace Avenue in Oxnard and worked at Procter & Gamble, authorities said.

Randy Glen Stiles, 39, is wanted on probation violation. He was convicted on narcotics possession in November 1998. He is described as white, 6 feet, 175 pounds with brown eyes and hair. He has his last name tattooed on his back, authorities said.

Stiles’ last reported address was on the 400 block of Eva Street in Ventura.
