The Times Orange County publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports over the holiday weekend:

BREA

* Brea Mall: Vandalism was reported at 7:41 p.m. Thursday.

* Lambert Road: A grand theft was reported in the 500 block at 10:02 a.m. Thursday.

* Rutledge Place: A burglary was reported in the 1300 block at 12:01 p.m. Thursday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Harbor Boulevard: Someone entered a restaurant in the 16000 block through a kitchen vent in the roof and stole $125 in cash from the register; reported at 10:06 a.m. June 29.

FULLERTON

* Quartz Lane: A vehicle burglary was reported in the 3300 block at noon Monday; the loss was minor, including a radio faceplate.

* Orange Freeway at Yorba Linda Boulevard: Fire crews responded to a stalled big rig leaking diesel fuel in the northbound lanes at 2:48 p.m. Thursday.

GARDEN GROVE

* Chapman Avenue: After an investigation of possible illegal activity in the 12100 block, police busted what they said was a gang-operated house of prostitution Friday. Undercover officers were solicited by two women who worked in the house, police said. After an investigation, 20 suspects were taken into custody on suspicion of pimping, pandering and solicitation. Police believe the suspects have ties to other prostitution rings in Garden Grove and Santa Ana, Capt. Dave Abrecht said.

* Garden Grove Freeway at Golden West Street: Several cars collided in the eastbound lanes of the freeway at 3 p.m. Thursday. No injuries were reported.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Springdale Street: Report that a man and a woman broke two chains, trespassed on the Marina High School campus in the 15800 block and swam in the swimming pool at 5:48 a.m. June 29.

IRVINE

* Alton Parkway: A trading card worth $20 was reported stolen in the 3800 block at 1:56 p.m. Friday.

* Civic Center Plaza: A City Hall computer was reported to have been used to access pornographic Web sites in the 10 block at 3:09 p.m. Friday.

* Fitch at Mitchell North: Someone left a wallet on top of a vehicle and drove away at 3:31 p.m. Friday.

* Parkview Lane: Two to three gallons of gasoline were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 3700 block at 3:16 p.m. Friday.

LAGUNA HILLS

* Alicia Parkway: Report of a reckless driver at 2:22 p.m. Thursday.

LAGUNA NIGUEL

* Karen Ann Circle: Report of a suspicious person in the 23000 block at 12:35 p.m. Thursday.

LAKE FOREST

* El Toro Road: Report of a suspicious person in the 22000 block at 3:43 p.m. Thursday.

* El Toro Road at Raymond: Report of a suspicious person at 2:41 a.m. Thursday.

MISSION VIEJO

* Camden: A 37-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of illegal narcotics and possession of stolen property at 3:50 p.m. Thursday.

* Crown Valley Parkway: A large decorative rock was stolen from a business in the 26000 block; reported at 3:55 p.m. Thursday.

* La Cabra: A rock was thrown through a bedroom window in the 27000 block at 9:05 a.m. Thursday.

* Marguerite Parkway at Oso Parkway: A 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possessing illegal narcotics and driving with a suspended license at 9:25 p.m. Thursday.

PLACENTIA

* Cartlen at Mathewson drives: Report of reckless driving at 8:08 p.m. Thursday.

* Royal Stewart Drive: A burglary was reported in the 700 block at 1:35 p.m. Thursday.

* Yorba Linda Boulevard: A petty theft was reported in the 100 block at 4:09 p.m. Thursday.

SANTA ANA

* Costa Mesa Freeway at Dyer Road: One lane was blocked with a traffic collision at 11:26 a.m. Thursday. A minor injury was reported.

SEAL BEACH

* San Diego Freeway at Seal Beach Boulevard: Report of a muffler lying in a southbound lane at 2:47 p.m. Thursday.

YORBA LINDA

* Greenbriar Drive: A petty theft was reported in the 5600 block at 5:03 a.m. Thursday.

* Westfield Street: A grand theft was reported in the 5600 block at 7:33 a.m. Thursday.

* Whitewater Street: A petty theft was reported in the 5600 block at 6:49 p.m. Thursday.

OTHER COMMUNITIES

ALISO VIEJO

* Fairfield: Report of a prowler in the 100 block at 7:33 a.m. Thursday.

* Mayfair Avenue: Report of a loud party in the 100 block at 11:35 p.m. Thursday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports over the holiday weekend: Anaheim, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Dana Point, Laguna Beach, Laguna Woods, La Habra, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Newport Beach, Orange, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Stanton, Tustin, Villa Park and Westminster.
