Members of the U.S. women's soccer team--fresh from their World Cup victory against China on Saturday--will pass on their love for the sport at the Julie Foudy Soccer Camp, July 27-30. Camp Director Foudy, who grew up in Mission Viejo, will be joined by teammates and Olympic gold medalists Joy Fawcett, Tisha Venturini and Brandi Chastain.

The camp, for children ages 7 to 18, runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. It will include technical training used by the team, tactical development, match-play strategy, "field vision" improvement techniques, and an emphasis on confidence building and decision making. The camp is already filled, but there is a waiting list. Enrollment is $220. Information: (949) 488-3371.
