Investment Group Buys Canoga Park Office Building

West Hills investment group R&R; Enterprises has purchased a fully-occupied 30,000-square-foot office building at 7301 Topanga Canyon Blvd., Canoga Park, for $2 million. Charles Dunn Co., who represented both buyers and Intercoastal Properties, the seller, says R&R; plans an immediate upgrade for the building.
