The Redevelopment Agency tonight is expected to award a $573,176 contract to Irvine-based Groundwater Remediation Construction to build the city’s first veterans memorial. The memorial will be north of the Anaheim Museum on Anaheim Boulevard. The agency meets at 5 p.m. in City Council chambers, 200 S. Anaheim Blvd.
