SRS Labs Inc.: The Santa Ana provider of audio and voice technology products posted net income of $5,875 for the second fiscal quarter, compared with net income of $720,422, or 6 cents a share, for the comparable 1998 period. Revenue declined 29% to $8.2 million from $11.6 million.
